    • well, while we wait, im happy with SUHD, at least i can watch it now, for half the price and only marginal differences im offering a real world experience with regard to how an OLED looked after viewing an SUHD for a period of time (it was even more pronounced when i went back and had another look at the SONY FHD 65X850, which looked the best HD at the time) ... i think somebody asked me for a review of the Sammy, (best i can do in real terms) mileages will vary, and theory and on paper specs dont always tell the real story
    • oh hell no, sounds like something the Panasonic salesman tried to tell me as well, different backlighting resulting in marginal colour gamut its very chunky, huge bezel (aesthetics play a part as well) http://www.hdtvtest.co.uk/news/tx58dx902b-201604174282.htm http://www.hdtvtest.co.uk/news/ue55ks9000-201603244256.htm     Panasonic : peak brightness:1310 cd/m input lag: 38ms viewing angle: 46 deg scaling : good     Samsung KS9000 peak brightness: 1460 cd/m input lag: 21ms viewing angle : 60 deg scaling: excellent     ...not necessarily "better" in some regards
    • As far as i have seen the best 65" LCD you can buy in Ozz is the Panasonic DX900U.Most accurate colour and a better backlighting system than the Samsung SUHD.It was released a few months ago with what seemed like a very high price and now goes on the JB website for $3998.The 65" LG B6 OLED was released a couple of weeks ago so lets see how low it can go in a couple of months.A lot lower than $7.5k i can guarntee but how much lower we'll have to wait and see.
