Assuming others in the complex use the same antenna, are they having problems with 10?
Depending on where you are you could be getting you signal from any of the translators. Do you get NBN and Prime? If not your probably getting it from Sydney. A friend used to live not far from you (Wells St near HPD ), they were getting Sydney VHF channels.

Digital regardless of whether you are viewing Gosford or Boudi transmitters
TEN 65
ABHN 37 (ABC)
SBS 34
NEN 59 (Prime7)
ATN 61 (Seven)
NBN 68
TCN 62 (Nine)
You could go to the installation section of the receiver and rescan for channels.
If you are in a large block of units it is probable that the channel 65 amplifier has failed. Check with your neighbours.
By the way TEN analog from Boudi is on channel 50 and from Gosford channels 55

Have you asked your neighbours if they are having any problems?
What is the signal strength and quality of the other digital channels?

Is your TV a Samsung? (The make & model number of TV can be helpful).
Regardless of the answer, with the antenna lead to the TV unplugged, do either a factory reset on the TV, or an automatic channel scan.
Turn the TV off at the power point for 15 seconds or so.
Plug the antenna lead back in, retune the TV, and see if this fixes it.

I'll do those things tomorrow and see what happens.

I've gathered signal information on the other channels so maybe it might help.
Ch. Freq Signal Level
ABC - 592500KHz - 90
SBS - 571500KHz - 56
Prime- 746500KHz - 63
Seven- 760500KHz - 44-45
NBN - 809500KHz - 74-75
Nine - 767600KHz - 18 (Bit error level is fluctuating between 40-70)

Worth a try.
The figures I get with Samsungs on my installs are usually signal level 85 all channels, bit error level 0.
I install in a UHF environment, so I am comparing apples.
The levels you have posted suggest a reception problem (stating the obvious).
Time to start exploring ideas other posters have suggested.

Is the antenna shared with other units? If yyou're not sure, check how many antennas you see on the complex?
Are your neighbours having similar problems?
Do you rent or own this unit?
Rent = Talk to the property manager.
Own = Talk to the body corporate.

I think you may be getting interference from reflected signal from the other Towers on the Central Coast. The three I am thinking of are Gosford,Forrester and Bouddi which all transmit at the same frequency. I have had this problem before up on the CC. Also it could be low signal levels as NBN works very well low signals and the other channels seem to suffer when running at a lower signal levels. NBN and Prime are broadcast at a lower level from the Towers on the CC and it can be tricky sometimes because of the different levels being received to get the signal quality correct on all channels
