But no commercial channels unless you are in a TV 'black spot'.
And you won't get one on eBay either.
And even if you get the commercials activated, if your on the East Coast no GWN or WIN and if on the West Coast no Imparja or Central Seven.
There are ways for those who personally own old Aurora cards.

To receive GWN, WIN, IMPARJA, CH34 (community TV only on weekends) ...inform them that you travel extensively in the outback (NT & WA) in a mobile caravan.

Imparja and Southern Cross Central (formerly 7 Central) independantly activate their services. They follow the same rules as the WA commercial channels, and also offer travellers the option;
* Southern Cross Central Activation Form (must state you're travelling in the 'Notes' field)
* Imparja Authorisation Form for Travellers (PDF)
The only way it is possible to be watching GWN, WIN, Imparja or SC Central outside of their licensed areas is if the smartcard is still activated for a traveller. After all that, if you can't activate the commercial channels, then you're left with these;
TVSN, Expo, Indigenous Community TV (ICTV), Aurora Info/Tune Channel, Foxtel Help, iEPG Video Satellite, ABC WA, ABC NT, ABC SA, ABC SE, ABC Q, SBS WA, SBS SE, SBS NT, SBS QLD, SBS SA, plus a couple of movie channels.

To receive Imparja and ICTV requires a receiver that allows manual PID entry or editing, but the others should be fine unless it's a sucky UEC.
GWN audio is available on PAS-2, but that's not going to be much fun.

Or if it is hex and you'd prefer decimal (ie; 1024 / 1025 / 1024 ), try hitting the left volume button, and see if goes from hex back to decimal.

Al-Jazeera International Promo
Satellite : Optus C1
Orbit Location : 156.0 East
Frequency : 12367
Polarity : Vertical
Symbol Rate : 27800
FEC: 3/4
However there's a problem with the Dreamax (and many other boxes)! Whilst there's a pid entry menu, it won't find Aljazeera as the pids are 'hidden'. Which is a little odd; considering that Aljazeera want us to watch (I presume).
You will have to 'edit' an existing channel and TP with the Aljazeera details to get it (you can re-scan the trashed TP again to regain the channels if you need them).
