Not at all. I gave his last program 5 episodes. I gave this one 4. They don't like my posts on Facebook. I was correct on both. He's the reason why 9 is losing ratings but they keep trotting him out like he's some kind of Messiah. He is just so annoying, smug, egocentric etc. etc.. He will single handedly destroy 9.

It sounds like you do not like Eddie. I can take him or leave him myself but I actually was enjoying his latest show. Oh well, each to their own!

I guess that there might be some people out there who do but I do not know one single person who does not roll their eyes at even the mention of his name. He and Sam Newman are the two most annoying people on TV, followed closely by Karl Stefanovic. Karl Stefanovic won the Gold Logie you might argue, IMO that verifies my opinion. Any award that allows multiple voting is going to be skewed. Eddie is a "local celebrity" and is pushed by 9 as some kind of National Icon. Everything he touches turns to crap, he's a waste of space.

As I said I can take Eddie Maguire  or leave him. It sounds like he makes your blood boil so I would recommend that you strictly avoid him if at all possible. It may be good for your blood pressure.
Personally I cannot stand Sam Newman. Therefore I refuse to watch anything he is involved with, so problem solved.
