Happy to sell individually or any amount as a bundle. Courier postage with insurance to most metro areas will be around $11 for each order, not each cable. Contact me for a more accurate quote if you're not in an east coast metro area.
Please note I have none of the original packaging.
Pictures are all stock images, pm me if you'd like any specific pics or info about a cable.
Given you will be spending $2K, you should make the effort to visit a retailer, even drive 2 hours. Nothing worse than regretting the poor audio and having to live with it for a while.
Your Kef speakers are pretty efficient. To match, suggest getting an AVR with as much power as budget permits. A simple way to determine how much power is available (ignore the rubbish published about watts per channel) is to take 90% of the power consumption (allow for inefficiency) and divide it by number of speaker channels. The Onkyo you mentioned consumes 65W, 90%=59W divided by 11 channels gives you a little over 5W per channel. By contrast an Anthem MRX 1170 consumes 570W, a Denon X4300 670W. (I do not know USA prices, so these models may be over your budget?). So, no Onkyo.
If audio and room correction is a priority, go Anthem. Downside is that it lacks bells and whistles, less well known brand. Soundwise, I prefer Marantz or Denon over Yamaha, but other people differ. Marantz & Denon overpriced in Australia because of distributor, but I am suspect it is competitive in USA.
You really, really, really should get it hosted somewhere else. i.e. find a hosting company.
If there's a power blackout at your house, if you computer gets switched off, if your internet goes down, if somebody at your house starts uploading to the cloud then your site becomes inaccessible.
Go to a friend's house and ask them to access your site on a couple of computers at the same time. This is what your customers experience. I expect it to be slooooooooooow.
Plus your site is vulnerable to hackers as you don't have the proper security mechanisms. Do you have any backups?
SSL is the least of your worries.
