  13. Try rescanning the channels as a first step if you haven't done that already.
  14. It is most likely the TV and not the Beyonwiz that is generating the on screen clock. Try pressing the display or info button on you TV's remote.
  15. Download 'TopfieldTools for Windows Vista 32 and older versions' from the utilities download page at www.topfield.co.kr It will install altair and the necessary drivers.
