Joe Bonamassa - Live from Royal Albert Hall.

Gee... The spinning is making me real dizzy ... This is actually the first time I heard anything from Henderix :P..

Bwah haha, still a large collection of music out there for me  ...

ATM listening to Getz/Gilberto SACD (2011 Analogue Productions version) - "Original" Verve mix (i.e. Astrud singing on the left). This disc just melts me and I just find myself playing it again and again and again  ... Comes in black too, I wonder how the black version is like...

seriously ?

Questioning which statement? :P Don't have anything from Henderix in my music collection, and don't know much about him other than the obvious :ninja:...

Really pretty noob in music. Only found Ray Charles the last couple years or so. And until a few years back - don't even know about Pink Floyd (or Roger Waters was part of Pink Floyd)... :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Still am a kid in a candy shop...

Much? :P I'm not sure.. The 2nd video you linked, I'm pretty sure it's either the theme song or played once in Californication  :P Maybe some of his music was shown before in movies etc, but TBH I never noticed them :ninja:..

Unfortunately I couldn't listen to some of these folks live now... Oh well, hopefully I'd still enjoy their music.

My wife introduced this to me when watching a TV series on Go! called Fringe...

Vangelis and a song she hasn't listened to in a long time... Managed to dig up the CD .... Now I can't get it out of my head... :/

Friends of Mr. Cairo.

Not the complete version, I think this cuts in midway... I wonder what's the best version of this music as the CD I have is probably not the best... Still engaging and interesting though.

I just listened to DSOTM immersion Blu-ray,home alone and flat out.
I have this on SACD,Bootleg DVD-A quad DTS.
I wasn't expecting much difference.
Boy was i wrong.
Great bottom end on this mix and so much more through the rears.
A great album that just keeps on giving.

Admittedly DSOTM is growing on me (finally)... Almost 40 years old now...

Hard to find modern day music matching up to this.. :/

A few hundred years from now folks will be playing this as classical music :ninja:...

I don't know about Animals.
The wall Immersion boxset was done before the 5.1 Re mix.
It will be done soon so i'm told.

Currently spinning: Sarah Blasko - I Awake

Probably not everybody's cup of tea but I love it..

Just a few simple notes form the piano and such repeated from beginning to end... Arrangement + her voice = pure hypnotic bliss...
