I have high hopes from the trailers I've seen

FURY exceeded my expectations - hoping this does too.

The early reviews are mixed.

Some saying it has not reached it's expected potential, but an amazing visual feast anyway :)

I am  looking forward to deciding for myself.

I wouldn't go so far as 5/5 mate as there were bits I did not enjoy about it as well, but it is brilliantly thought out, scripted and directed, will be awesome on Blu.

Interestingly many are saying if you liked 2001, you will love this, I never liked 2001 or

Spoiler
:ninja:

Watched it yesterday Night and Loved it. Kept me glued to the screen the whole time even though I was exhausted after driving from Sth Gippi to City to get me New AVR Anthem MRX 710 and back and then to city again. I wont say it's Nolan's Best work but It had much better story then Gravity.Cant wait for Bluray to watch it again. Surprisingly it was just Me + Missus and another couple in the whole cinema .

Stunning movie. Flawed in parts, but even a very good Nolan film is leaps and bounds above the other dross that hits the cinemas these days. Will be a BR purchase for sure, my first in quite a while...

So no issues with audio (specifically effects drowning out dialogue)?

It may only be an IMAX thing in the USA?....

Nope - a member of this forum told me that he saw it in IMAX here and he had the same problem with dialogue intelligibility.

Found this article. Might go to explain why Mr Nolan did what he did with the sound of Interstellar.
