Changes To Foxtel Packages Soon

I rang up yesterday to get my folks account changed to the senior package, but the lady on the phone said to wait till September 1st when the new packages are available - she said they'd be better value than even the senior packages.

 

I'll believe it when I see it, but there you go.

Got this response via Facebook today when I enquired about the changes to the packages.

 

Hey John, If we make any changes to accounts or how they work, this is always done via mail. We do this as there are many variances in how each customer’s account is structured. You should receive some information within the coming weeks, at this stage we cannot confirm what this will look like. Keep a lookout for correspondence in the coming weeks. Cheers Nat.

I rang and also Facebook ..said that will get a letter in the next few weeks.
